12A and 80G Renewal Date Extended

Finance Act 2020 had an important provision for all the 12A and 80G registered organizations. As per these provisions, all the 12A and 80G registered organizations were required to renew their aforesaid registrations between 1st June 2020 to 31st August 2020.


Given the current pandemic, the CBDT has postponed the above requirement. Accordingly the new date to submit such application for change is between 1st October 2020 to 31st December 2020.
