How to register with MCA for CSR Unique Identification Number?

As per Notification dated 22nd January issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, every entity who intends to undertake any CSR activity, shall register itself with the Central Government by filing the form CSR-1 electronically with the Registrar of companies.

This is applicable with effect from the 01st day of April 2021.

Such form shall be signed & verified by a CA or a CS or a Cost Accountant. On Successful submission of the aforesaid form, a unique CSR registration number shall be generated by system electronically.
